Entrawood upgrades its own MFB (Melamine Faced Board) allowing us to offer the South African market a range of colours specifically selected for use in the office, ensuring that a wood grain is not too planked or busy, but rather easy on the eye with an even colour gradient. We looked for colours that had a natural appearance, avoiding garish tints and hues that age much faster. We also looked for colours that can easily be paired with strong solid colours, which are usually incorporated into an office space as a representation of corporate identity, but can also be paired with calming monotones and stand alone as the only colour in any furniture piece.
By using 1.6mm impact ABS edging, that has High UV and scratch resistance qualities, in combination with a clear, fast setting PUR (poly-urethane) glue, we not only achieve an invisible bond-line but also a superior adhesion, giving the product better water resistance.
All our products are precision drilled on a CNC and packaged (knock-down in protective foam and board) with all necessary hardware and assembly instructions to make it quick and easy to assemble on site.
