ENTRAKOR NEW POWDER COATING PLANT
Entrakor has recently installed a Jack de Rooij – Powder Coating Oven, with the capacity to increase our production by 15 to 30 percent. The increased capacity has allowed us to extend the curing time in the oven to improve the paint quality of our steel products. Currently we offer black, grey and white powder coated steel for different products.
What’s more the Jack de Rooij is a combination oven, which can be powered by gas or electricity, reducing our reliance on a rather un-reliable electricity supply. With fewer interruptions in production we can ensure a consistent quality and service to our clients.
It also means that our production line has just become even greener, with shorter timed production runs less power is being used to produce the same amount of products as before.
In short, we are producing higher quality steel products in a shorter time with less power – everybody wins!
